Each custom piece is made to order with the utmost care and precision. The production time can vary, typically ranging from 6-12 weeks, depending on the complexity and customization of your order. We will provide you with an estimated completion date upon order confirmation. Once your order is ready, we entrust its delivery to our specialized shipping partners, skilled in handling high-value, bespoke items. Our goal is to ensure that your custom creation reaches you in impeccable condition, ready to be cherished for years to come. Depending on your location, delivery can take between 2-4 weeks after your order has been dispatched from our workshop. We will keep you informed every step of the way. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the journey of your custom piece from our workshop to your home. Returns

We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like a return, we will arrange for one of our delivery partners to pick it up from your home or office. You will be refunded the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Cancellations after 24 hours of placing order will incur a 10% restocking fee.
