Cancellations

All of our furniture is custom made to order and final sale. We stand by the quality of our pieces. However, if you have had a change in heart, you may cancel your custom order within 7 days from purchase.


Returns

We only accept returns if the product is damaged. Any discounted purchases (both sale or trade discount), and products modified or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return.


Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email at info@neuemaison.co with any questions or concerns about an order. Please provide your order number and any relevant information such as photos, dates, etc. In the exception case that a return is granted, the return may be subject to a restocking fee.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional expense to you.
